Yonsei International Summer School
Seoul, South Korea
The Yonsei International Summer School (YISS) offers students the chance to immerse themselves in Korean and East Asian culture through a globally focused academic experience. Held in Seoul, YISS provides 4- or 6-week courses across a wide range of subjects, with over 100 classes taught in English (excluding Korean language courses). Students can also participate in cultural activities such as Taekwondo, Korean ceramics, calligraphy, traditional dance, and explore the city’s rich history through visits to museums, palaces, and temples.

Tuition-Based Program: Tuition-Based Programs charge in-state, New England Regional, and out-of-state UConn tuition rates based on students’ residency. Tuition charges will appear on students’ UConn fee bills, along with other UConn fees as listed on the program’s budget sheet. Students may pay housing through their UConn fee bill or directly to their host university depending on the program

Charles University: East and Central European Studies in Prague

The East and Central European Studies (ECES) Program at Charles University in Prague offers UConn students the opportunity to study in one of Europe’s most historic and picturesque cities.
